FAQ
What is ImmersiveRadar?
An index of paid new-media and immersive work worldwide — projection mapping, TouchDesigner, realtime engines, XR / VR / AR, creative coding, interactive installations, light art, VJ and AV performance — with budgets up front.
Where do the jobs come from?
Public careers APIs of immersive studios, public job feeds and APIs, and boards we check by hand. We follow robots.txt and each source’s terms, and never scrape LinkedIn, Behance, Upwork, Fiverr, JobStreet, Glints or Indeed. The full list is on the About page.
How do I apply?
On the original site. Every listing has an “Apply on original site” button; we only keep short facts and a 1–2 line summary.
What does “Budget: not stated” mean?
The source did not publish a budget, rate or salary. Listings with a stated budget get a “budget listed” badge and sort first within each week.
How fresh is the board?
Sources are checked daily. Collected listings are hidden after 60 days (45 days when no closing date is given), employer posts after 30 days, and anything past its closing date. The header shows when the data was last updated.
Is there an entry-level filter?
Yes — tick “First gig / entry-level” on the jobs page. It picks up junior, intern, graduate, trainee, assistant and associate roles.
Is it free for creators? Do you take a cut?
Free. We never handle applications or payments and take no commission — you deal with the employer directly on the original listing. Founding profiles in the creator directory are free too.
How do you know a listing is still open?
The collector looks at every source again each day and drops listings that have closed or disappeared. Every listing page shows when we last checked it; always confirm on the original site before applying.
How much does posting cost?
Nothing during launch. Every post needs a stated budget or salary range; unpaid and exposure-only work is rejected.
Do you list roles everywhere?
Everywhere except comprehensively sanctioned countries and regions (Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and occupied Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk).
How do I get a listing removed or corrected?
Use the takedown page, or email hello@immersiveradar.com. We act within 2 days (48 hours). A listing collected from a public employer page may name a contact person; the same route applies.
Who runs it?
ImmersiveRadar is operated by GIANT SEED ENTERPRISE, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Can I use the data?
Use the public RSS feeds. Please don’t scrape the site in bulk.
